Please read these clear working terms. Your selected package and pricing are included below.
The client selected the SMG package with the services shown in the proposal. The package includes one FREE Facebook Page Makeover as a welcome bonus. Work outside the listed package and makeover will be discussed and priced separately.
The monthly fee is the amount shown in the proposal for months 1–3. Beginning on month 4, the monthly fee automatically becomes the regular price shown in the proposal.
The starting working period is three months. After that, the service continues month to month unless either side gives 30 days’ written notice.
The monthly fee is paid before work begins for that month. Ad spending, paid tools, talent, locations, printing, sales funnels, and other outside costs are not included unless written in the proposal.
The client will give correct business details, usable photos or videos, safe page access, and approvals on time. The client is responsible for checking prices, claims, and business information before a post is published.
SMG will send planned posts for checking. The number of included changes follows the selected package. Delayed answers or files may move the posting schedule.
SMG will use good practices and report monthly results, but cannot promise a certain number of followers, sales, views, or messages because social platforms and customer behavior can change.
Both sides will protect private business information. The client will never be asked to put account passwords in this form. Access should be given through the platform’s official page roles or business tools.
After full payment, the client may use the finished approved content. SMG keeps ownership of working files and methods unless agreed otherwise, and may show finished public posts as work samples unless the client says no in writing.
Either side may end the service with 30 days’ written notice. Fees already paid cover work already started and are not refundable, except when both sides agree in writing.
